Good job to all the county athletes at states today. All the county teams had a pretty good showing. I'd say it was the most difficult race I've ever ran before, and my time wasn't even that great. But it was a great experience and I can't wait until next year's season. What did everyone else think of the meet?

I didn't run the course today, so I am wondering about all the people that fell. The course didn't look to be in that bad of shape. Were there some rough spots on the other side of the dip and in the maze?
I only saw the 2A races, but there some nice runs from county kids. Good job today.

For the most part the course was fine... there may have been an occasional spot were it was a little slippery but nothing to bad.
I think the heat might have been what caused some athletes to fall (dehydration)
