What events are you running in Regionals? What times/distances/heights are you hoping to get? Who do you want to beat?

yeah my coach hasn't told us what were running, but i think he's just gonna run us like normal,im sure what ever he puts us in is what we'll do best in.does anyone know of any other 800 runneres for Regionals? i was looking at the performance list from counties and MVALS and it looks like it'll be down to the kids from counties.

Well the stud of the field is Giovanni Reumante from Northwood. He ran a 2:00.15 on Tuesday at their county championships.
Also, Derrick Smith from North Hagerstown didn't run at conferences but is listed as their fastest runner at their county championships (2:06).
Bentsi Johnson from Clarksburg ran a 2:06 this year, and Reumante has a younger brother that could be someone to factor in.
Not a lot of results on PG county yet, and while they might not have a good miler or 3200 runner, they do sometimes have a guy that can run a good 800 (a lot of times they extend their 500 runners to the 800). But only time will tell.
Also depends what Middletown puts Greene in. Greene can run a fast 800, and it seems each meet he is getting faster. What events he does will determine a lot of how he does in an 800 (if he does it), but he could definitely be someone to watch out for.
