Since 6 out of the 8 teams in the County are in this region, I am only going to do this region this year (it is very hard to find info on the other regions anyways). Many people noted they liked looking at this stuff, so we will continue with it. Just a note: I did run/measure the course at Middletown before the meet. I ran right on the white guide line, and it came to exactly 2.96 miles.
The Middletown course also has a lot of places you can cut distance. The guideline weaves back and forth at times (a straight line would cut distance), and there is a lot of room to make straight lines on turns. My guess is that the average runner runs close to 2.90 miles or less on this course.
