This summer I was thinking about trying to run some of the counties cross country courses, but I was not sure what Century's course was. If someone can explain it to me it would be a big help.

You can't really explain a cross country course becuase there is so much to it. It's pretty easy except for the long hill in front of the school. Not all that fast because nearly everyone on our team thinks it is longer than 5k. That's about it.

well fsk's course is basically out and back and I thought it was horrible.... and NC you can basically cut a mile off the course... You aren't really missing anything....

Century isn't that special. I never ran a real race there. FSK's isn't so bad once they took out the 1/4 mile on asphalt.

I have never been to FSK when they had the same length course. Once I ran it in high school and it was 2.7 miles long. I remember it well cause it was the first meet of the year and I ran around 16 flat and felt jipped cause it was so short.
