Bull Run was excellent today. Congratulations to all the county teams for a great showing. FSK looked awesome; did they beat Wilde Lake? How was everyone else's impression of the meet?

The biggest surprise I saw would have to be SC taking the small race. I hadn't seen you guys run all year, and I was really impressed with your showing. CJ, you and the guys have really improved. Congrats on your win.

He and I were the only ones that I knew. I know a few more Liberty guys ran it. I ran a 19:11, not bad for no training.
