i'm really looking forward to this season as i know all of you are also. So how did the first day go? you get a Big turnout? fresh faces fill us in.

First three days have been mileage - more of the same for those who have run over the summer and enough to start working on a base for those who haven't. Decent turnout, but we've lost a lot on the guy's side. How is Westminster looking?

We're in pretty good shape i think we have a lot of seniority and experiance. Well rhe first week has been mileage and a little speed in between. We had a 2 mile time trial on our course saturday for an Alumni Race it was pretty cool. I'm so pumped for this season Good Luck!
