ERR has started to get entries for the Labor DAy Race. They have a 5K and 1 Mile Cross Walk, so try to come out and join us on Labor Day. Early Registration fee ends on Friday. You can signup online or mail in an entry form. Fee goes up $5 after Friday.
The Eldersburg Rogue Runners are once again going to take proceeds from the 1 Mile Cross Walk that is part of their Labor Day Rogue Race to help a young individual in the community. Last year we did this for Andrew Cross, and what a great success story he has been. Andrew is once again running every day with his teammates and is excited about his junior year starting at the end of the month. This year we want to help a young lady at Century HS named Lindsey Wilson that was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Money raised from the 1 Mile Cross Walk would help with her medical expenses.
We hope that this years event can be as successful as last year’s as we try to help the Wilson family as they go through this difficult time. We hope you will join the Eldersburg Rogue Runners on September 3rd at Liberty High School.
