I know there are a lot of sites out there that list the top foods for runners, and was wondering what everyone thinks should be on the list for the top ten foods.

Lagat said he ate "probably the biggest steak in all of Japan" the night or two before his 5000 win at worlds. It seemed to work for him.

Bagels are good but I hate the taste of Bananas, that's why yogurt is so good... tastes great and still provides you with potassium.

I definitely agree with the bagels, they're simple and still delicious, and worth 5 servings of bread so i hear.

Frozen berries and vegetables? That stinks, too bad most of these foods aren't too good tasting. Although eggs, yogurt, and chicken are pretty tasty.
