hey, im a junior, and this is my first year running at footloker, but im havin' a great season, my regional time was 17:20, and i was wondering if you had any predictions on how the junior rase will be. i think ill do farelly well.

Hey coach, My teammate Arthur Leathers sent his foot locker info monday, but apparently you didn't get it yet...just wondering how long that should take, and second, how did my running score go down after regionals...it went down 2 points...just checkin!

Hopefully it arrived today, but we know about it (I actually got an e-mail, and we know to look for it).

I will have to let you know tomorrow why you went down 2 points. The worksheet is at work.

Ok, the biggest reason you lost 2 points is because Tom Carpenter, Andrew Parker, Sean Hughes and Avior Zynda had such great races. They were closer to you then they have been all season. For instance, Chris Frock came into regionals with 62 more points then Tom Carpenter - which means that Chris should beat Tom by 31 seconds based on results throughout the year, but Chris only beat him by 2 seconds. The way the formula works, essentially Chris lost 15 points to Tom in the race because of this.

I hope this makes sense.

As for foot locker I got an update, FSK's entire varsity squad is on the list. There is 32 kids now on the list - 25 boys, 7 girls from 7 teams (Liberty 14, FSK 7, Linganore 5, Urbana 2, River Hill 2, Century 1, Rockville 1) and 4 different counties (Carroll, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery)

No, but he did finish (33rd?) at the olympic trials marathon a few weekends ago.
