Kevin Milstead (mocorunning webmaster) is trying to come up with a list of the top freshman times all-time at states. He has results from 2000-2007 it seems, and there is a lot of Carroll County kids on the list. Impressive I think considering we only have 7 schools (mostly 2a) compared to 25 schools in Montgomery County (mostly 4a).
