Last year we had a great group, 26 athletes from 6 different schools. Some came for one last xc race in their high school careers, others for the experience, and some did extremely well. Here is how a few of our athletes did compared to other Maryland competition that day:
Andrew Cross - Top Maryland Finisher in the Boys Freshman Race Eric Liberatore - Top Maryland Finisher in the Boys Sophomore Race Jared Welsh - Top Maryland Finisher in the Boys Junior Race Jim Ridder - 2nd Maryland Finisher in the Boys Senior Race Kyle Ryan - 2nd Maryland Finisher in the Boys Seeded Race Katie Hursey - 2nd Maryland Finisher in the Girls Seeded Race

Now they have 21 runners from 3 different schools signed up. Also have gotten e-mails and questions from a number of runners. I think they may get someone from every school in the county this year, I hope they do.
Anybody hoping to go that hasn't told us yet, let us know, so we can check with you later. It's a fun trip.

This is crazy - the information on the other forums is more current than our own!
Okay - we are up to 34 confirmed runners from 9 schools. We have people from the following schools registered: Century Frederick FSK Liberty Linganore North Carroll River Hill Westmisnter Winters Mill
Rumors are that a few of the South Carroll Runners are handing in registrations at the Regional.
Also, if we count the people who say "I put it in the mail" we have 12 registrations on the way. Urbana

As of today we have 45 kids from 9 schools signed up. A couple people told us they mailed them yesterday, and one is dropping it off tomorrow, so it looks like we will hit our max number of 49.
