Does anyone know if you have to sign up for these races ahead of time or could you just show up with a partner and run.

I already planned to meet Sam there, but if you just showed up, you could find someone to run with.

The next one is a week from Thursday. I usually go, and pair up with anybody there that doesn't have a partner. Usually each week more people come. I think I heard that Flying Feet (Winters Mill) is going to come to the next one.

Good, I'm hoping for some good competition.
By the way is this a cross country race or do you run it on the track.

This was a good race and a lot of fun. I really enjoyed getting back in the racing atmosphere again, and the turn out was great. For those of you that came, good job yesterday. If you didn't come I would totally recommend going to one of these races.
