The Fourth Relay race of the summer of the CMAC series was held on Thursday, July 20th. 14 teams and 2 individuals competed on a very hot day.
In the boys race, South Carroll Students CJ Naper and Cody Nenninger battled Westminster Students Jake Sisler and Jose Cortez the entire way. But CJ proved just a little bit stronger as he was able to pull away at the end to win the boys race for the South Carroll Seniors.
In the girls race, it wasn't as close as Liberty runners Liz Pickett and Lauren Ridder opened up a 3:08 advantage in winning. The pair ran consistent legs despite the heat.
