Just to add some posts... I run for Lebanon Valley College, xc and possibly outdoor when I'm a sophmore... by the way my name is Frank Sisolak...

This is Bryan Mull, and I go to the University of Mary Washington, where I do not run because I am lazy and have a butt ton of work. Though our school recently held a meet which I was able to catch like one heat of I think it was the 4x2, my friend wasn't exactly keen on wathcing track so I gave in and moved on. I did see that SC alum Phil Diven ran something like a 4:13 1600.

Phil runs for us here at Howard Community College.

He was 6th at our XC nationals, so far, he has a 16:22 for a 5k; 4:13 for the 1500. He running a 10k this weekend @ Christopher Newport in Va. After he hits the qualifier for the 10k, we will pick his race for nationals..

He will get his AA next fall and hopefully walk on at UMCP.

By the way - Bryan Mull does run in college. I saw it.

On March 18th at approximately 11:30 - while touring the campus with one of his former teammates - Bryan Mull was seen running, at a pretty decent pace: not to class, from campus police or from a co-ed mind you... but simply running (T-shirt, running shoes, shorts, sweat).

He is sandbagging all of you.

Phil Diven pulled a 15:50 5k @ Bucknell this past Friday..he hit the qualifier for the 10k at Stockton College / NJ running 34:07 for 1st.

He'll try a 1500 / 5k double at Gettysburg this weekend

I think Liberty Grad Carl Henn will be doing the Steeple there. Go get 'em Reverend Henn. The last two county champs in xc at the same meet. Wish I could watch them both.

Nope..just Diven. Reedy did his 2 years and transfered to Frostburg, Formwalt retired.

I know I'm running for McDaniel, but I don't believe anyone else on my team is planning on running after this season.

Liberty Seniors:

Nick Hruch is going to be on the Bucknell Track & Field Team.

Melissa Stansbury is going to play Volleyball and Track & Field at Salibury.

Dom Rettaliata and Liz Pickett are thinking about competing for UMBC next year (I think Liz might depend on her back).

Pat Kelsh is thinking about competing for Maryland next year.

And on other sports, Alex Mercer is playing Volleyball for Villa Julie next year and Stacey Smith may try out for Basketball at York next year

i'll be running indoor and outdoor track for mount st. mary's and i have to train with the xc team. i think we usually compete in a meet at bucknell, so there is a good chance i see nick in a meet few more times. (just won't be competing head to head)
