Carl Henn, 2005 Liberty High School Alumn and runner-up in the 2004 XC State Championships, was named Rookie of the Year by Shenandoah University Athletic Department. He was also named the Most Valuable Runner for the Cross Country Team as well as the Cross Country Rookie of the Year.
Carl was named second team All-USA South and USA South Conference Rookie of the Week once.
