I saw Nick Hruch (liberty) yesterday at the Penn State National Invitational. He ran the 500 in 68.low
Colin Haser (century) is just getting over tedonitis in his knee. I believe he ran in the 4:50s
At GMU Dan White (FSK) ran in the 4:50s (he is Jordan's older bro)
Kurtis Lunz (FSK) has lowed his 3000 pr to 9:37 and his 5000 pr to 16:50ish
I also found out yesterday that Katie Hursey sprained her ankle and that's why she didn't run at PSU

I don't know if he is throwing indoor, but I saw Brian Green (North Carroll Alumni) last year at the Bridgewater Invitational throwing for McDaniel.

A lot of conference championships going on, would love to hear how the county alumni are doing, if anybody knows...
I know NIck Hruch won the Patriot League High Jump title. He hurt his leg at 6'6", won at 6'8", but had to pull out before completing his jumps at 6'10. He had to pull out of his running events because of the injury, but a big congrats to winning that title as a freshman!

I just read that Brian Leiter (fomerly FSK) just set the 800m record (1:53.23) for Frostburg state. He also owns the mile record at 4:14. Does anyone remember him?
