hey go see pirates 2, it was the biggest crappy cliff hanger i have ever seen since the ending of halo 2

2. Halo 2 is only so much fun till you play it online

I was told by several people that it was a great movie. And it was by far the best first day, best two day, and best opening weekend picture of all-time (and thats not just cause of the increase in prices, it sold more tickets too). It made more money in the first two days then the first movie made it in its entirety. Sounds like more people then not liked this movie.

people didn't have to like this movie to go and see it, they went to see Pirates 2 because the first one was really good. There is no way that people could have know that this one wasn't very good, its not like you get a refund if you don't like the movie so of course it made a lot of money.

Come on, you don't like it when you religiously watch a tv show every week for 8 months, then at the very end, just when you think your going to figure it all out, they leave it to be resolved 4 months later. I thought everybody loved that.

I don't like cliffhangers either, especially in this case when they have already filmed the next movie. Just Release it so people can see what happens.

Didn't they film most of all three lord of the rings together? Sometimes you have to film them together otherwise you may never get to film it again. One of the (many) reasons why they can't do the last 3 Star Wars.
