In regards to running it has to be Pre. Although, Bob Saget takes a close second. He gives some pretty sick advice on Full House.

You could at least spell Jordan correctly, but my hero as far as running is concerned is Steve Staub. He pushed himself so hard that he passed out in a race once. He definetely beats out Pre in my book.
