I glad to see everyone did so well in indoor... it should make for an interesting outdoor season (especially for distance running).
I can't wait until this season starts... it should be a lot of fun!
I just hope I'm still in good enough shape to compete with the other runner.

I'm really pumped for outdoor. Any other teams attending the Fraser Valley Relays? That's our first meet.

Liberty is not at that relay meet.

I don't believe South Carroll is going
I think our first meet is a tri-meet against westminster and urbana

Yea, but honestly it does not make that much of a difference in the way the track season turns out. How was everyones first couple of days?

Practice cought be off guard breaking traditional tryouts if you call it that. We just wen't at it no time to waste -distance first day 1mile,1200m,800m,400m,800m all at race pace or close& mile cool down. Not seeming too hard but imagine poor newbies they made it through though.5 600's & 2 400's yesterday with a joyous joining of Rob Kelvey (8-min abs as a team)-haha please tell me other teams do that.... what did you guys do?
