oh yea, i heard about floyd failing his first test but i never followed up on it. so has he been dethroned from his win or are they still doing more tests and what not?

Well they tested him twice and he failed both times, so in my opinion he should lose his title. But they have not decided what to do yet.

I am a HUGE baseball fan and i will be the first to say that i hate Barroids Bonds and think he used steroids. However, there is no way that he can be stripped of all his homeruns without us having any proof. In fact, it cannot be done even with proof. Think of the process, ever pitcher who threw a homerun or rbi to him would have there ERA changed. What about games where the giants won 1-0 on a Bonds homerun, would those be losses? The one thing we can hope for is that he doesnt make the HOF...

I wouldn't mind just having the asterix because then future people that he used steroids and other didn't, by the way I want the same for Jose Canseco

How can you give him an asterick when he has never tested positive for steroids. There is an investigation, but zero proof. Palmiero deserves one, as does canseco (he admitted to it), but no one else of real significance to this point.

True, i should have said if he tested positive, but should we give one to Sosa and Mcgwire as well? If memory serves me correct they took stuff that at the time wasn't illegal but now is, anyways just thinking aloud

To me all the people who used steroids have ruined the sport of baseball. So even if it was legal at the time does not make it right to use. Did Babe or Aaron use anything to help them. No. So then why do players now and days have to.
