Frederick County started a thread that I thought I would share (maybe we can learn from them some too) and they mention ERR which is pretty cool for us ERR members:

We get a lot of visits from people on these boards, but I do need help in getting the word out to more people. I believe we have kids from each high school, so spread the word, and the forum can get more entertaining too. Obviously it is only interesting to post if other people are posting. We have 10 to 12 people that are on here regularly at least checking what is posted.
