Frederick County has a great thread on their message board with great running video clips. But I know many of you don't make your way to that site, so I thought I would put a few of my favorites up here.

I can't believe I had never seen some of these races. My favorite was Billy Mills, that was incredible. Watching that really made me want to go out and run. It is truly inspiring stuff.

Wow, talk about confidence in your plan in a race. I remember being behind like that after the first 100 meters of an 800 just like that in a championship meet(also run in lanes for 100 meters) , but I didn't come anywhere close to doing what he did - I was in shock that I was that far behind after 100 meters and was only able to pick off 1 or 2 guys by the end.
