That unfair, not onlyare the times they took are off because they used hand timers (slower) but now there going to add even more time. That just sucks.

Anyhow on another note I thought all the regional meets had to be run the same way (according to the state meet scheduel and rules) which is why we had the rule about the i-pods and cell phones. So shouldn't our region have had an electronic timer and photo finish?

No - if that were true they wouldn't let any region use the camera because some regions just can't do it.

That's why they add time. Technically hand times are faster then FAT times.
