Coach you do an awesome job of keeping up with everyone and it's a job I don't envy...but could you check the times you have posted on the results page for the WHS Tri Meet with WM and NC. Frock, Tringali and Spangler all had times in the 16's but you have them in the Rankings with times in the 17's. Also Parker ran an 18.02 which should put him in the Rankings....of course that meet was before the Liberty Meet yesterday so that may change others in the rankings....anyway, please check that out. Thanks.

When I said rankings, I meant the rankings within the Top 20 times, not your seperate rankings page.

The Westminster Course is a 3 mile course, so all those times were converted to a 5K time. For instance, Ryan Spangler ran a 16:57.2 for 3 miles, which is on pace for a 17:31.1 - that is the time that is used for the top 20. All times on the top 20 list are converted to 5K times.

It's doubtful, but I haven't had a chance to look yet. I drove down to Miami, just got the internet working yesterday. I did the Frederick County Rankings last night, and have been trying to get up results today. I still have to look at top 20 times for Frederick and CArroll County from this weekend, but hopefully I will get that done soon. Just remember, that Bull Run is a 3 mile course, so times will get adjusted to 5K. It is very doubtful that anybody made it from this meet - especially when you have fast courses like Westminster and Keyser that every team in the county has run at in at least one meet.
I will get to it though. Sorry I am behind.
