So what is the deal with the foot locker race i know about it but is it true that ther is a bus of kids that go every year from Carroll county and run and if so who do i need to talk to and how can i contact them

The Eldersburg Rogue Runners always do this for Carroll County. Their website says contact them at FootlockerXC@ERRun.org

yeah i think we (fsk) are sending our top 7 and maybe our massive girls team lol. but if your deciding to go or not its the most fun ever. like the course is amazing and you get to hang wit your team if they go and other teams. like last year we chilled with river hill and they were all really cool kids. and you get to go to New York's time square. you should def go.

It seems there is more Carroll County runners in Foot Locker then any other County in Maryland. Hard to get a real accurate count cause of some of the private schools, but I have a county of 31 Carroll County Runners while no other county has mroe then 25.

hey i want to chaperone or go to footlocker but im not in hs anymore, any info on chaperoning/running open this year? can i still go with ERR?

Update on 2009 Footlocker Trip: ERR will be hosting a trip to the 2009 Footlocker Regional event again this year. The trip is open to runners of all ages - pre-high school, high school, and post-high school age runners will all have a race available for them. Chaperones are also needed - you must be at least 21 and submit your request to ERR. Details can be found at www.ERRun.org where you can download the information, registration form, and link to the Footlocker site. Links also exist to contact Beth Kobett for information - BethKobett@comcast.net or 410-549-6478. The race site is new this year due to construction - they have moved to Sunken Meadow State Park, in Long Island, NY. The hotel we use has necessarily also changed - the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge, NY. Most other details remain the same or similar to previous years' trips, including the pre-race dinner, trip to Times Square, and rooming arrangements. Space is limited and the deadline to enter is the first week of November, so please register now. |
