Does anyone have the start times for the Varsity races today??? Also are they running the shorter course that was used for the Quad meet earlier this year or the old 5K course used for past Westminster invites?

The girls varsity goes off at 3:30
The course has been 3 miles for several years. I think every year you ran on it it was 3 miles. I can't remember the last time it was 5K (I think some people thought it was 5K when it was really 3 miles, at least this is what I was told by Coach Cox)

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the Century JV girls. Had you combined the results of the JV and Varsity race, Century would have had 14 of the top 26 times (meaning their #14 runner only had 12 runners in the county not from Century beat them - which would be good enough to make 2nd team All-County!!!)
If those 7 girls ran at regionals in place of Century's Varsity 7, I think they would have a real shot at getting the final spot to go to states. that's pretty impressive to have two full teams that COULD potentially qualify out of arguably the toughest 2a region to qualify for states.
In fact, take a look at this, if Century's Varsity team had decided not to run (the top 7) and the 7 JV runners had run Varsity instead, look at what the resulting team standings would have been:
1) South Carroll 56 2) Winters Mill 69 3) Century 73 4) Liberty 76 5) Westminster 104 6) NC 132
