Very interesting. A few "happy pens" with times for the 300's and 500's, but runners have advanced and won out of slower heats in the past, especially the 500.
OBSERVATIONS:
1 - No entries for Frederick Douglass? No boys are girls are listed.
2 - Avery Graham in HJ but not Shot Put? He could win states in SP, but will be lucky to be 5th in HJ at states. Wrist injury, maybe?
3 - Brittany Caudle has a tough double - 1,600 then the 500. Ouch! Coach Davis must be projecting points at States.
4 - Tara Shaffer for Middletown hasn't run all season. Don't you have to compete in at least two meets to be eligible for Regionals/States?
5 - Looks like Middletown Girls for the fairly easy win. Boys should go to Winters Mill, but they will have much tougher time at States.
Best wishes to all

I noticed that about Frederick Douglass too. They have a really good miler (4:20 full mile), so I don't know what the deal with that is.
Clarksburg has the top 3 throwers in the region, so it is a smart move putting Avery in HJ where he should finish at worst 3rd in the region.
Katie Hersch used to do the same triple (1600-500-800) and Brittany is faster then Katie was. Brittany is pretty assured to take 2nd in the 1600, so she will still be fresh for that 500. The thing to watch is at their county meet she was registered for the 500, but then dropped it and ran a relay instead. But at regionals, even if you drop an event, it still counts as one of the four events. She better not drop the 500 and run in 4 events, or she would get DQ in all four.
If Tara Schaffer hasn't run in 2 meets, she isn't eligible to compete at regionals. But who could contest that I don't know. I don't know who she is, so I wouldn't know if she ran in relays during the season.

From the INdoor Track & Field Bulletin issued by the MPSSAA:
3. An athlete may participate in a maximum of four events. A scratch made after deadline counts as one of the four events an athlete may enter.
9. The Meet Director or Meet Administrator has the right to challenge any entry that is not consistent with a verifiable performance through out the current Indoor Track & Field Season. The Meet Director or Meet Administrator will notify the coach of the concern and may adjust entry to the best verifiable performance for the current season.
10. Eligible individuals may participate in a region meet provided they have a minimum of three weeks of supervised training and have participated in at least two MPSSAA-sanctioned meets.

I really did notice about Frederick Douglass right away, and I had said something to the meet director earlier today. I just got a response from the meet director, and I thought I should share so everybody knows what is going on:
Thanks, to Bobby Ward, we have discovered a problem with the entries sent to us (I'm not at fault this time). Frederick Douglas (PG) ad entries in, but they were not forwarded to me. Bobby's quick eyes found that problem and we should be on the right track by first thing in the morning. The computer wizard can not sent me the info till morning because he is at a meet tonight at PG. As soon as we get it straight, I'll let you know and send the new program. Thanks for bearing with us and again thanks to Bobby or it would have been sure chaos on Saturday. Sharon
