I worked with Jim Shank last night to try to determine the Carroll County Indoor Track & Field Meet Records.
There was no County Championship from 1982 to 1998, and all the county championships prior to 1982 were held at the Baltimore Armory, so times and marks weren't as strong as they would have been had it been run at Hagerstown Community College.
