Nice work Carroll (Piedmont) in all the mid-distance and long distance races. Also congrats to Andrew Cross. I heard he earned his way back onto the Liberty 4x800 team.

I must say I'm impressed, Colin. 10:25 on top of your 4:46 mile is pretty sweet. I would have enjoyed racing you, its just too bad we're in different Conferences and Regions. See you on the track in outdoor, hopefully. Keep it up.
