Guys- Hruch- 800, High jump liberatore- mile, 800 Dawson- 500, 800 Ben Burden- shot put, discus Adami- Pv, High jump 4x800- Liberty or Century this will be fun to watch 3200- Andrew Cross will make states Lopez- hurdles Dulany- 3200 Sisler- i think he will make the mile
Girls- Hursey- 800,1600,3200 Alexis Hurd- all of her events she will qualify NC- girls will win most of the relays except for the 4x800 Carly Reed- will qualify for her two events Liz picket- will probably make it for the 3200 and maybe the 800 Jen Bryd- she is a really fast sprinter she will make it
There are more people i could say but it would be so long. but Carroll County will make it a good show.

No Discus indoors
It was already said that Dawson is not running the 500 (and why no props no Nick's only individual running county championship - his top running event right now is the 500)
NC will have a tough region because they have to face both Howard and Montgomery County schools - by far the two best counties in the state for track & field. I mean you think about the boys mile, you will have those Wilde Lake boys, Bazelle from Atholton, and Thompson from Howard just from Howard County alone.
Westminster gets a little easier, especially with Centrowitz not running indoor.
Carroll County should do really well in the girls 3200. Just a tough region. 8 of the top 10 times run in the state (1a2a) come from the west region. 6 of those 8 girls are from carroll county.

The girls 1600 also will be tough in 1a2a west. It seems the state champion will come from this region. Powell and McGovern from SC, Reed from Century, Pickett and Lambert from Liberty, Reid from Poolesville, Atha and Forsythe from Williamsport, Moss & Badell from Brunswick just to name a few all could run times to qualify them for states. All have already, or potentially could run sub 5:50. With a qualifying time of 5:42, and many coming off the 4x8, it could make for some tough breaks for girls that could have scored at the state championships.

I think more than one person could go sub 2 at indoor states.

Kuppali isn't running for Perry Hall in indoor. He is running as part of a club, White Marsh I think.

As previously stated above, James Ways is a Sophomore at my school. He's an exceptional runner, unfortunately he doesn't run outdoor. His father wont let him, sadly, I suppose baseball is more important to him . Hes a guy to watch out for at regions. hes been chasing after the school record set by Joe Taylor (1:09.55). and if he can stay healthy(hes always injured)he has a good shot at states and the record.

Kinda like Avior Zynda. His dad would not let him run indoor, but he will be running outdoor. Just curious, I had never really heard of Ways before did he run cross or run last year?
Does anyone know when heat sheets will be released for 1a2a west?

Ways doesn't run cross, hes another soccer player. He did run indoor track last year, but for some reason he didn't get much recognition.

Part of the reason he didn't get much recognition is cause he was only running 1:15 to 1:17 last year. This year he was still 5th in the county, but with the top 2 guys graduating he can start to make a name for himself next year.
