Darrell from (Western Maryland Running, Running Maryland, & tristaterunnur) and I worked together to come up with this list of the top performances to date for boys in 1a2a. This list has what region each athlete is in and where it was accomplished (Hagerstown, the Baltimore Armory, PG). Obviously those accomplished at the Armory are far different then those accomplished at PG.
