There are no hills at Century, so unless it does a bunch of switchbacks, it can't be very hard. FSK was always very easy (usually because it was short - like when it was 2.7 miles when I was in high school once - now that easy). The new Westminster course is pretty easy, the old one was about as hard as you get.
If I ranked them - easiest to hardest:
1)FSK - only cause i have run it several times when it wasn't even 3 miles
2)Century - without hills, I just don't feel its tough
3)Westminster - new course
4)NC
5)Winters Mill
6)Liberty
7)SC
8)Westminster - old course
That's the way I felt at least.

Well, for one its only 3 miles now. You took out the best hill in the course (and the second best hill) and so much is spent around those fields now, I just find it not to be that difficult. Our kids have some blazing times for the beginning of the year on that course, and I have run it, it just isn't the same as it used to be. Compared to other county courses, I don't think it ranks up there anymore.

its rough, but i think that its like that because around that first mile and coming to the finish, its pretty flat so you really fly without even realizing it and thus you get tired after getting a really fast first mile time

you guys havn't mentioned apart from liberty's killer hill our "SUICIDE" hill going to the second mile!!!

I don't think that Key's course is short anymore, because Coach Replogle never cuts anything short.

I think westminster's new course (i don't know the old one so i cant compare) it definately as hard or harder than Liberty's, and i think SC's is easier than Liberty's, but i might just think that because i enjoy the course so much.
