As far as pump you up, those song lyrics do the trick. I like all sorts of music, but those lyrics are powerful.

yeah CoachSpongeBob, "I Run For Life" by Melissa Ethridge is a good song but after hearing it being repeated everyday over the past month at Safeway tends to make people go crazy WHY CANT THEY JUST PLAY THE RADIO INSTEAD OF A RECORDED TAPE!?!?!?!?!?! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
