now Track season is over and we have some Idea of how cross country may turn out. Are there any changes to your predictions or think the same? Not to say things about my own team all the time but we will have the most experienced this season. With more than 12 seniors that will help us out.
Predictions:
1. Liberty or Westminster (cross, liberatore, Daugherty) (6 strong seniors-Wilkins, solomon, Libdan, Cortez, mersinger, jeager) 2.Lib or west 3.Fsk (leathers, white, Holtz) the rest? 4.South Carroll (zamostny, findeisin, Martin) nice 3 5.North Carroll (mathers, Pagels, Dietz) 1-2 6.Century (zynda, wachter, the haugh's) ? 7.Winters Mill (frock, Tringali, carpenter) ?

It's great to see the different opinions, but of course I'm biased towards my team.
Don't forget to put Souders and Rodriguez on the Liberty list. Souders only lost to 1 of your "strong 6" at counties last year. And Rodriguez fits in with your top 4.
Here's my guess, just for fun:
1. Liberty 2. FSK 3. SC 4. Westminster 5. NC
Looking forward to updated rankings for returning runners from spongebob.

Here's my guess, think what you like...
1. FSK~ Leathers, White, and Holz have always been tough competition...Henderson returns from an extremely well trained summer with a great running attitude...and as for the 5th man, lets just say FSK has another X factor and he will show his skills the first meet...
2. Liberty~Cross proved that he is ready to run again in outdoor track and i guarantee that he has been training hard this past summer...Liberatore has as well always been a threat to the competition and i don't doubt he will to continue to be a threat, Pat D is coming back from a well raced season and i think he will be up with the pack, and following those 3 would be Souders and Rodriguez, strong runners and ready to run...
3. SC~ The team ran VERY well last season and i don't doubt that they won't do it again, with the returing Zamostny, Findeisin, Martin and most likely good following runners they will be near the main pack this year...
4. Westminster~ Another tough team, with 6 returing strong runners they could compete for the main titles, it all depends on how strong they trained this past summer and how bad they want this season, with determination and a solid 5 they could easily be up with the top runners of the county...
5. Century~Zynda ran very well last season and i think that he and his other top teammates will be looking forward to this season and wanting to put some of their top guys in the top county pack...
6. NC~ They had a terrific past track season, but with some of their seniors gone they will have to rely on Mathers, Pagels, Dietz to lead their team into the competition, which i have no doubt, they're willing to do, but they will need more than a good top 3...
7. Winters Mill~ Their past season wasn't the greatest, but still one to congratulate, with Frock, Tringali, Carpenter and the excellent leadership of Dan Replogle, I think that they have great things ahead of them, maybe not this season, but within a few they will be tough competition....
Just some of my thoughts, tell me what you think...or not...thats cool too...Good Luck to everyone this season, and i think we can all agree that its going to be an interesting one...

not much to go on but i hear winters mill has a new #2 guy thats better than tringali and carpenter. Hopefully he can help them pull out of their slump. Maybe he can bring some of the leadership they've been needing.

well i think Key will get it only if there 4th and 5th man step it up. from last year it was fine but since there will be some new runners on the key team it should be good i think. But if there 4th and 5th man arent there they could get 5th or 4th place at the county meet. but i think if that happens liberty will win if everyone stay HEALTH key word.. but SC should be in that mix as well though so dont count them out.

Thanks but dont forget the runners. There is a lot of hard work going into this season. A repeat of last year is the last thing we want.

here's my two cents:
1. FSK 2. Westminster 3. Winters Mill 4. Liberty 5. SC 6. NC 7. Century
I'm sorry if i have offended anybody but that's the way the cookie seems to be crumbling. Of course, injuries, ineligibility, and illness could happen like that. I hear those westminster kids are real trouble makers and SC probably has a bout of the flu. We can only wait and see...

From the looks of the century quad meet nobody was correct. Everyone put SC ahead of Westminster, except for the one westminster guy who put key at third. Also, without Cross Liberty may not perform as well as expected. And Winters Mill might be decent this year.
